Agreement in between the iFightDepression Tool user and the European Alliance Against Depression (EAAD)
With the use of this program you confirm that you have read and explicitly accept the following terms and conditions of use:
All information and materials, including graphics and the design, of the iFightDepression Tool are, unless otherwise stated, copyrighted by the EAAD. Without previous permission they may not be reproduced or distributed otherwise, neither complete nor in parts. Intellectual property rights lay within the EAAD.
Solely registered users can access the information and materials. Their use is foreseen exclusively for private use. Any other use, as well as any reproduction of information and material, requires prior permission from the EAAD.
iFightDepression contains some links to websites of Third Parties. Those links are provided to increase the usability of the iFightDepression tool. EAAD does not have any influence about the content of those websites, neither is EAAD responsible for their availability.
In no event, will the EAAD be liable for injury, loss or damage (including but not limited to direct, indirect, economic and consequential damage) in respect of any matter whatsoever related to any information on this computer program, nor for the use of the information, nor for actions taken or not taken as a result of information contained in the website (including, without limitation, loss or damage caused by negligence).
The data that are obtained related to a use of iFightDepression are stored on a secure server. All data protection and data security issues under usual provisions are applied. You will, at no time, be asked to enter your name. All data is requested pseudonymised, which means that any identifying data is veiled by a pseudonym (a system-identification number) and not visibile.
You have, by law, the right to access, correct, delete or suspend your data that we hold.
